Location: Montreal
Join our team as a Head Cashier and manage department activities while delivering outstanding customer service. Your 2 years of retail experience and management skills will be key.
As a Head Cashier, you'll work between 24 and 36 hours each week. We seek individuals motivated to lead and develop their skills.
Your role will not only involve managing cashiers but also enhancing the customer experience through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Oversee departmental activities daily
• Lead and manage cashier staff
• Maintain efficient point of sale operations
• Assist with training new team members
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in retail required
• Previous management experience desired
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with point of sale systems
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
