As a Merchandise Assistant, you will assist the Product Manager in delivering brand elements across seasons. Your key responsibility will be to analyze market trends while maintaining effective communication regarding product status. A strong understanding of the fashion industry is essential to support profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Product Managers to drive departmental growth
• Conduct trend analysis relevant to Groupe Dynamite’s clientele
• Ensure timely completion of the product cycle calendar
• Elevate business issues to Product Managers effectively
• Train and develop new assistants and interns
Requirements:
• Degree in Fashion Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Retail-1
• Impressive fashion sense and brand understanding
• Bilingual in French and English
