Assistant Store Manager  As the Assistant Store Manager, you provide leadership and direction to the store team while successfully executing the company’s vision and values under the direction of the Store Manager. You assist in maximizing store profitability by achieving store sales goals, ensuring that store standards and processes for merchandising, operations, staffing and community engagement are well executed. You will assume responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence and create an inclusive environment that puts internal and external customers first.
Responsibilities   Maximize store sales, achieve sales goals, and monitor progress against key targets.
Inspire and model a consumer‑centric mindset through genuine interactions with customers.
Support the Store Manager in networking, attracting, recruiting, and interviewing high‑caliber talent.
Provide direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision of associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate clear communication and training to set expectations on customer engagement, store policies, and procedures.
Assist in managing expenses to maximize sales and profitability.
Cultivate an environment of productivity by ensuring the store team has the knowledge and skills to meet sales and customer engagement goals.
Qualifications   3+ years of related professional/retail management experience.
Ability to meet business goals by driving results through store teams.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Proven ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve sales and profit results.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solution‑oriented and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
A formal education is a plus, but experience and professional achievements are the priority.
