The Team Lead at our Time Vallée store in Royalmount will be responsible for overseeing staff and ensuring the highest level of customer service. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Train and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to improve results.
  • Collaborate with management to set the wheels in motion to achieve the sales plan each month.
  • Take charge of store operations in the absence of management
  • Handle performance evaluations if needed.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with each client.
  • Business development, customer relations and promotion of the store within the community.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets continuously.
  • Foster an environment that puts the client at the forefront.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within luxury retail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of luxury products and brands.
  • Strong team player
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong Knowledge of English & French
