• Manage store operations in the absence of the store manager

• Provide coaching and performance feedback to peers

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and product demos

• Oversee opening and closing routines efficiently

• Uphold safety standards and store organization

Requirements:

• Proven retail experience focused on customer satisfaction

• Strong ability to coach and guide team members

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• High school diploma or GED, or relevant work experience
