Key Responsibilities:
• Anticipate athlete needs for personalized experiences
• Develop plans supporting department priorities
• Assign and manage workloads to optimize team efficiency

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant retail experience
• Experience in people leadership is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to create a respectful workplace culture
