As a Part-Time Team Lead, you will bring your passion for beauty to managing customer interactions and enhancing store operations. This role emphasizes creative merchandising and effective problem solving, working closely with the Store Management team. Engage and train Customer Consultants, fostering a customer-focused environment that prioritizes loyalty and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer questions and relay feedback effectively
• Problem-solve using guidance from Store Management
• Support visual merchandising and inventory management
• Act as a role model and communicate effectively
• Coach Customer Consultants for enhanced engagement
Requirements:
• Experience in a customer-facing retail role
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive mindset and readiness for self-development
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Physical ability to stand and lift products as required
