Reporting to the CEO, Fred Aubé, you will play a pivotal role in building a multi-market retail network. With over 15 years of experience, you’ll lead the development of operational frameworks that ensure each store consistently enhances the Cozey brand.

Your role will focus on driving sales while nurturing a high-performance retail team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement retail strategies for market growth

• Cultivate a customer-obsessed retail culture

• Manage retail operations to optimize sales opportunities

• Oversee location identification and store launches

• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years in retail strategy and operations

• Strong background in building retail systems

• Deep understanding of customer experience

• Proven P&L management experience

• Ability to travel as retail network expands
