Become an essential part of the Buying team at The Aldo Group as a Buying Coordinator, supporting the Call It Spring footwear line. This role emphasizes purchase order management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Aldo Group seeks a self-motivated and highly organized individual for this Buying Coordinator position. With a focus on detail and strong communication skills, you will assist in the buying process and engage with various teams such as Marketing and E-commerce. A passion for fashion and footwear is crucial as you manage product assortments and contribute to meaningful reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate purchase orders and in-season management activities

• Run sales and availability reports for the Buying team

• Maintain seasonal assortment sheets and pricing updates

• Support marketing and cross-functional support requests

• Provide general administrative assistance to the Buying team

Requirements:

• College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 1 to 2 years of retail or fashion experience

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Enthusiasm for footwear and consumer trends
