In this role, you'll oversee the sales and distribution of Mars Wrigley products across retail channels. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer management and organizational skills, plus experience in retail sales or account management. Your contribution is critical as you ensure high standards in merchandising while maintaining relationships with key retail personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage wholesale and retail accounts against NSV targets
• Act as a peer coach for team onboarding
• Ensure optimal product stocking and display
• Present and promote display programs to clients
• Maintain accurate sales data in collection software
Requirements:
• BS degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong customer management and organizational skills
• Experience managing accounts is highly preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel frequently
