Retail Associate - Nike Store Athlete

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by meeting individual needs through expert advice on Nike products. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll maintain stock integrity and assist in merchandising tasks, ensuring everything is organized and accessible. Your experience and communication skills will play a key role in the store's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager with daily performance checks

• Manage incoming product shipments and follow up on issues

• Ensure cleanliness and organization in stock areas

• Validate shipment counts against delivery documents

• Help replenish and display products on the sales floor

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to perform basic math calculations

• Proficient verbal and written communication in English

• Physical endurance for standing and moving

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
