The candidate will be responsible for implementing the Store Manager’s Operations vision for the store and communicating it to team members.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing the weekly team member schedule according to labor requirements, availability, and budget considerations.

The candidate will be required to move dynamically around the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.

The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring the budget and other business data and metrics (e.g., P&L statement, expenses), partnering with the Store Manager to manage them, and informing planning processes (e.g., quarterly business review and sales planning).

The candidate will provide retail floor leadership to team members, including planning retail floor coverage and making decisions to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of retail floor operations.

The candidate will support sell-through management by ensuring accurate inventory counts and coordinating labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries.

The candidate will be responsible for executing company-level operations-focused directives, projects, and initiatives (e.g., from the SSC).

The candidate must understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

The candidate must perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

The candidate will be responsible for performing administrative actions to support team members, including completing payroll, approving vacation and time off requests, approving shift swaps, and other documentation according to policies and procedures.

The candidate will be responsible for establishing supportive and productive relationships with all team members, focusing on personal and professional development.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless end-to-end guest experience by monitoring the incorporation of omnichannel programs, including in-store guest transactions, buy online pickup in store, phone sales, and ship from store.

The candidate will be responsible for working with team members to provide an optimal guest experience that values guests’ time and supports store operations.

The candidate will be responsible for resolving guest feedback and addressing issues, including guest escalations and urgent requests, while helping to "make it right" for guests.

The candidate will be responsible for delegated aspects of the controllable budget and labor hours.

The candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to a subset of store employees as delegated by the Store Manager.

Job Requirements
