In this pivotal position, you’ll report to the Department Supervisor while overseeing front end operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Your contributions will include coaching associates and managing checkout lines, all while adhering to safety and operational protocols. Your leadership will foster a productive and engaged team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate GET behaviours for customer engagement
• Ensure adequate staffing and operational readiness
• Train associates in cash handling and customer service
• Monitor front end for safety and cleanliness
• Address customer issues and provide solutions
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of retail or cashier experience
• 1 year of leadership experience required
• Strong interpersonal and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
