Retail Clerk Sany

Location: Drummondville

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer requests and provide personalized advice on our various cleaning chemicals, housekeeping accessories, motorized equipment (vacuum cleaners, auto-scrubbers, etc.) and consumables (hand paper, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.);

Operate the cash register and record transactions;

Receive, check and place merchandise according to planograms;

Participate in store maintenance and cleaning;

Contribute to compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (French and English). The employee must be able to communicate with head office, external vendors, suppliers, etc.

Knowledge of or interest in various products, services and procedures related to housekeeping and building management;

Customer service and sales skills;

Good physical condition;

Ability to work in a team;

Willingness to learn;

Basic computer skills;

Working/Other Conditions:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.
