Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a positive and engaging store environment
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication
• Drive sales by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives
• Execute store strategies to support guest needs
• Maintain and organize product displays and inventory flow
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in customer-focused sales
• Strong passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Self-driven, with a focus on team collaboration
• Ability to lift and carry products as needed
• Required availability during holiday operational periods
