Customer Service Cart Attendant

Make customer visits easier at RONA by providing cart assistance, product loading, and courteous service throughout the store. Work independently while supporting customers, checkout, and customer service operations.

This Customer Service Cart Attendant role focuses on practical help for customers and smooth store operations. You will greet visitors, bring carts, assist with loading, return merchandise, and remain informed about promotions and flyers. Following loss prevention and health and safety procedures is also required.

• Bring carts for customers needing assistance
• Collect carts from the parking lot
• Load customer products into carts or vehicles
