• Bring our collections to life:
  Organize product categories and showcase our men's collections in a fresh, engaging way to create a seamless and inspiring online shopping experience.
• Make product discovery effortless:
  Optimize product sequencing, search results, navigation, and recommendations to help customers easily find what they're looking for—and discover something new along the way.
• Stay ahead of the trends:
  Highlight new arrivals, must-have pieces, and seasonal collections while balancing brand priorities, promotions, and inventory availability.
• Turn insights into action:
  Analyze sales, shopping behaviours, and conversion rates to understand what's working, identify opportunities, and help drive sales growth.
• Get the details right:
  Ensure product images, descriptions, pricing, and promotions are accurate, up to date, and aligned with the RW&CO. brand.
• Collaborate with passionate teams:
  Work closely with E-commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, and Creative teams to bring campaigns, collection launches, and digital projects to life.

• A university degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or merchandising, ideally within the fashion industry.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, merchandising and planning tools, Google Analytics, and Excel.
• A genuine interest in men's fashion, emerging trends, and online shopping behaviours.
• Bilingualism in French and English to effectively collaborate with teams and partners across Canada.
