Position Summary:
As a key support to clients and the outside sales team, you’ll manage the sales cycle from quote to delivery, offering tailored solutions to meet technical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries (phone, email, counter) with professionalismRecommend solutions in hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmissionPrepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on deliveriesBuild long-term relationships through proactive communicationWork closely with outside sales to identify new opportunitiesMonitor inventory and suggest alternatives when neededStay up to date on product knowledge and attend training as requiredSkills and qualifications :
Profile Sought:
Experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably industrial/technicalKnowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, or power transmission (strong asset)Strong communication skills, initiative, and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage prioritiesTeam spirit and reliabilityProficient in Microsoft OfficeBilingual (French/English) required depending on clientele
