Working out of our upcoming sales office in Downtown Montreal, we are looking for our next Inside Sales Representative. We are looking to expand our Sales Team with the addition of motivated, result-oriented young professionals. Our company offers many opportunities within the Sales department, so this position is perfect for anyone looking to begin their career in Sales within the vastly growing Logistics industry.

Our robust training process sets you up for success with the tools you need to grow business. We give our Inside Sales Representatives the liberty to build their portfolio with how they see fit. You can onboard customers selling multiple services across the globe. You are not limited to a region or account size.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining them by nurturing customer relationships. The maintaining of relationships is crucial in this role, you will ensure your customers are content and serviced long term. As you grow with us, you will continue to expand your business and portfolio, and potentially thereupon increasing your yearly income through commission.

Our Inside Sales Representatives are involved in long-term strategy, business development, client relations, operations, management and much more. We will also provide you with a team of trained experts to help your client relationships thrive and offer any internal support. Compensation includes a base salary with potential for commission.

• College Degree preferred
• Customer Service and sales experience
• Knowledge of selling principles/techniques
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivation and drive; responsible for own success
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Creative, enthusiastic and dynamic individual

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.

In addition to a knowledge of the French language, this role requires proficiency in English as a result of the duties to be performed.
