Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the onboarding of new clients with a consultative approach
• Manage client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Initiate sales opportunities during peak demand
• Collaborate with relevant internal teams to deepen client relationships
• Uphold the Bank's compliance and operational effectiveness
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a sales or account management role
• Fluent in both English and French
• In-depth understanding of Scotia iTRADE offerings
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools
