With a robust background in Sales and Revenue Operations, you will manage the Global Sales Operations team and refine processes that enhance forecasting and performance insights. Your collaboration with IT will drive enhancements in Salesforce and improve operational efficiency. You will also oversee sales enablement initiatives to boost team effectiveness and CRM governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain go to market processes and standards
• Ensure accurate funnel health and reporting consistency
• Translate data into clear executive-relevant insights
• Partner with Sales and Finance for planning and forecasting
• Lead global sales enablement initiatives to support users
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years’ experience in Sales Operations or related disciplines
• Strong analytics and performance reporting skills
• Proven leadership in a global context
• Salesforce expertise is necessary
