Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Assist customers with vehicle selection and features
• Coordinate and accompany test drives for customers
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers after the sale for satisfaction
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and OMVIC certification
• Clean criminal record required
• Experience in automotive sales preferred
• Strong organizational skills for managing leads
• Customer service-oriented mindset for relationship building
