Responsibilities
- Support and advise existing customers while assisting with new business development.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and qualify sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Applications, R&D, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.
- Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system.
- Support sales initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered
- Experience using Salesforce CRM (required or strong asset)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and sales tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports related to sales performance
- Customer-focused mindset
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities

* Position is West Coast- USA/Canada region , Hybrid/remote
