Athlete Advisor & Sales Closer — Football​/Sports

Contract Position | Performance-Based Compensation

Game Time Sports, in collaboration with Running Back Academy (RBA) and Receiver Academy (RCA), is expanding its athlete development and business development team.

We are looking for ambitious, relationship-driven individuals who understand sports and want to build a career working directly with athletes and families
.

This is more than a traditional sales role.

You will help athletes and families identify the right opportunities within our ecosystem, which includes:

• In-person football development through RBA & RCA
• Athlete branding and content through Game Time
• Recruiting support through our recruiting partnerships
• Additional athlete opportunities within the Game Time ecosystem

Our goal is to develop strong performers into trusted, recognizable representatives within the football community.

You will communicate directly with athletes and parents who are interested in our programs and services.

Your responsibilities will include qualifying prospective athletes, conducting discovery calls, understanding their goals and challenges, presenting the appropriate solution, following up with prospects, closing enrollments, maintaining relationships with athletes and families, keeping CRM records organized, and developing your own network of prospective athletes.

As you grow within the organization, there may also be opportunities to participate in athlete recruiting, sponsorship development, events and Game Time content.

We're especially interested in candidates who have a background in football, competitive sports, coaching, athlete development, recruiting, sports business or sales
.

You should be confident speaking with both athletes and parents, comfortable conducting phone/video sales conversations, highly reliable with follow-up, competitive and performance-driven, and interested in building relationships rather than simply making transactions.

Previous sales experience is an asset, but sports knowledge, communication ability, professionalism and coachability are extremely important to us.

Being comfortable appearing in professional content and representing the organization publicly is also an asset.

Selected candidates will receive training on our sales process, athlete journey, programs and services, CRM and pipeline management, discovery and closing framework, objection handling, follow-up process, and the overall RBA/RCA/Game Time ecosystem.

High-performing individuals may have the opportunity to grow into a larger Athlete Advisor / Game Time Athlete Agent role
, including building their own portfolio and presence within the football community.

This is initially a performance-based independent contractor opportunity

Generated + closed opportunities: 10%-15% commission

Commissions are based on payments successfully collected by the company.

Additional compensation opportunities may become available for approved sponsorship and commercial partnerships.
