Senior Manager for Project Sales Support

In this critical role, you will lead project sales initiatives while managing complex opportunities within the mining industry. Your responsibilities include shaping regional sales strategies and fostering customer relationships to unveil large-scale projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you position solutions early and build winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales from engagement to after-sales across multiple regions

• Build effective sales pipelines in partnership with Market Area teams

• Create competitive advantages by positioning early solutions

• Lead commercial negotiations and major project contract discussions

• Support forecasting, opportunity management, and business planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mining engineering

• Minimum 7 years in project sales within mining or process industries

• Proven track record in managing complex capital projects

• Strong contract negotiation and tendering expertise

• Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential
