The District Manager role is field-based, focusing on growing SiriusXM's business among automotive dealerships. Your key responsibilities include building strong relationships with dealership management, fostering dealer adoption of SiriusXM’s subscription services, and executing effective training programs. Regular travel within the territory and hands-on engagement with dealership staff are essential parts of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth by achieving revenue and dealer goals
• Increase adoption of SiriusXM’s extended service subscription
• Spend 40–50% of time in dealerships, fostering commitments
• Coach dealership teams on effective communication strategies
• Analyze dealership performance data to identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ automotive industry experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and French for communication
• Strong influencing and motivational skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 25%
• College degree in a related field
