* Job Description:

** The Sales Coordinator will support the Spec Gas team in its day-to-day operations and help it grow the business.  
** Analysis and Reporting*
* * Monitor sales results and prepare reports
* Analyze market trends and sales data to identify relevant insights and formulate strategic recommendations.  
** Sales Suppor

* Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations such as pricing, order tracking, etc.
* Assist with RFQs and sales proposals
* Assist during the annual raise cycle
* Respond to customer requests (reports, contracts, certificates, etc.)
* Provide training and manage the onboarding of new team members (processes, tools, etc.)

** Requirements and

Education:

* * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or sales management
* CRM software (Salesforce)
* Knowledge of Google tools (Docs, Sheets)
* Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI)
