The ObjectiveYour job isn't to push a generic pitch. It's to find businesses whose lead flow has real gaps and show them what proper video and a lead system would look like. You'll prospect automotive, industrial, and local-service businesses through outbound calls and email.
Day to day: cold calling, running email sequences, and keeping the pipeline organized. You're responsible for turning cold prospects into booked calls for the team that closes them. This is a high-volume, high-rejection role. If you need a script for every objection, this isn't the right fit.
The Arsenal- Strong outbound sales skills: cold calling, email sequences, Linked In outreach
- Comfortable managing a CRM and a sales pipeline
- Able to explain marketing and production concepts clearly to decision-makers (GMs, marketing directors, owners)
- Thick-skinned: comfortable with rejection as part of the job
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Solid understanding of the B2B sales cycle and lead qualification
- 1+ years of BDR or outbound sales experience, ideally agency or high-ticket services
