Drive hotel sales for Courtyard and Residence Inn Montréal Airport using business development and bilingual client relationship skills. The role is based in Ville Saint-Laurent, Montréal.
Reporting to the DOSM, the Sales Manager develops guest room and meeting room sales. This role requires prospecting, negotiation, client visits, and performance follow-up. You will help maximize occupancy, average daily rate, property visibility, and market appeal.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop partnerships that increase rates, volume, and revenue
- Prospect and follow up with potential hotel clients
- Negotiate group rates for rooms and meetings
- Conduct weekly client visits and maintain relationships
- Prepare reports and monitor sales performance rigorously
- Two years of sales experience
- Hotel, tourism, or business education is an asset
- Experience in a structured hotel environment
- Knowledge of Delphi and hotel systems
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
