Drive aviation sales across Montreal and PAL Airlines markets using bilingual client communication, territory planning, and commercial account development. Travel throughout the route network as required.
PAL Airlines seeks a Sales Manager in Montreal, Quebec, supporting PAL Airlines, Air Borealis, PAL Aviation Services, and MFC. You will develop sales plans, strengthen customer relationships, analyze market trends, and support scheduled service, cargo, and charter operations. French and English communication is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop territory sales plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Prepare proposals, bids, and responses to RFPs
- Maintain relationships with customers and travel agency partners
- Track commercial, cargo, and charter account performance
- Attend industry events and travel for sales
- Degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field
- Bilingual French and English communication skills required
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Travel throughout the PAL route network required
