Equipment Finance Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you advise business clients in equipment-intensive industries across an assigned territory. You identify financing opportunities, structure tailored solutions, and support sustainable growth through long-term partnerships. Collaboration with credit and branch teams helps deliver integrated client experiences.

• Develop personal plans for profitable equipment loan and lease portfolios
• Prospect and secure clients through referrals and targeted activities
• Structure financing solutions within credit policies and risk appetite
• Maintain existing relationships through responsive financial advice
• Manage pipelines, forecasts, and objectives using customer relationship tools

• University certificate and five years relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree
• Three to five years’ experience in business development, sales, or finance
• Experience structuring financing and managing complex transaction risks
• Proficiency with customer relationship management and sales performance tools
• Ability to manage portfolios and meet territory performance objectives
