Convert private aviation travel requests into revenue-generating flights as a Charter Aircraft Sales Representative commercial judgment and customer insight daily.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, this representative serves new and existing clients for Execaire and Image Air fleet aircraft. The position also arranges sub-charters when fleet aircraft are unavailable. Success requires aviation experience, customer service, communication, and organizational skills while delivering practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze customer needs and match aircraft capabilities
- Prepare and submit client quotes
- Organize schedules, passengers, transportation, and catering requests
- Record leads, contacts, wins, and losses
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
- Relevant college or university diploma
- Experience in the aviation field
- Three or more years in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- English required for national and international client negotiations
