Support Olympia Tile’s Quebec and Maritimes sales team with bilingual communication, customer service, and precise order coordination. This role is based in the region.
The Sales Coordinator supports territory representatives through quotes, sample requests, customer records, and sales follow-up. You will manage smaller accounts, respond to inquiries, process orders, and coordinate internal teams. The position requires French and English communication, administrative accuracy, and customer-focused follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Respond to inquiries with product information and support
- Track shipments and resolve order-related issues
- Process and dispatch requested product samples
- Maintain customer, pricing, CRM, and opportunity information
- Two to three years in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer service
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
- Strong organization, administration, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency
- CRM, ERP, or internal database experience
