Drive Digital Grid Management growth at Aspen Tech through strategic account development, consultative selling, and software solution expertise. Travel up to 50% while expanding customer value.
As a Sales Account Executive, you will identify, develop, and close business across new and existing DGM customer accounts. This individual contributor role leads cross-functional teams, manages client solutions, and advances strategic opportunities. You will position Aspen Tech’s software portfolio and implementation services for utility customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop relationships across all customer organization levels
- Articulate solution value and coordinate company resources
- Understand customer priorities, initiatives, and industry trends
- Manage account plans, opportunities, pipelines, and CRM updates
- Respond to RFPs, negotiate, close sales, and forecast deals
- 10+ years of related utility or industry sales experience
- Consultative selling experience in utility environments
- Experience leading multimillion-dollar sales campaigns
- Proven multi-year achievement against personal quotas
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
