Outside Sales Representative

Drive sales growth across Canada using customer relationships, outbound calls, and account strategy in this Outside Sales Representative position.

This results-driven, energetic role supports Safety, Industrial, Welding, and Janitorial/Sanitation product sales. You will manage accounts, develop customer and distributor relationships, and use Proton AI and internal systems to organize sales activity. The position also supports field sales and marketing while reporting results to the Director of Sales.

• Develop relationships with accounts and key decision makers
• Grow account sales and develop account strategies
• Schedule outbound calls using Proton AI
• Enter orders and provide price quotes
• Report monthly sales results to the Director of Sales

• Post-secondary degree or two years of related experience
• Inside Sales or similar industry experience
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations
