Drive LED lighting sales growth with WAC Group by building customer relationships and managing CRM opportunities. Occasional travel supports industry events and customer visits.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will support customers, distributors, and sales representatives across an assigned business channel and territory. Your work combines customer service, relationship building, technical product knowledge, and CRM management. You will help identify opportunities, solve product-selection problems, and support adoption throughout projects and orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve customers, distributors, and sales representatives as primary contact
- Respond professionally to customer and sales team inquiries
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities
- Support projects, orders, promotions, and product launches
- Maintain CRM pipeline visibility and data integrity
- Two or more years selling electronics-related technical products
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce, SAP, Zendesk, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and visits
