MedSpa Partnerships Manager

Build strategic medspa partnerships from Canada in a fully remote role, using relationship management and business development to expand SaaS market presence.

This Partner Manager position focuses on the North American medical aesthetics market. You will manage industry relationships, create joint initiatives, and generate qualified leads. The work spans skincare brands, device manufacturers, distributors, associations, education providers, and complementary technology businesses.

• Manage a portfolio of strategic medspa industry partners
• Develop co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and educational events
• Generate qualified leads and recurring revenue through partners
• Present platform value to medspa decision-makers
• Track partner activity, pipeline, conversions, and CRM records

• At least four years in partnerships, business development, account management, or consultative B2B sales
• Experience in medspa, medical aesthetics, skincare, or healthcare technology
• Commercial partnership experience producing measurable results
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel regularly across the United States
