Healthcare Territory Sales Manager

At Jubilant Radio pharmacies, this strategic, growth-focused sales position develops business across health systems, hospitals, and imaging centers. You will manage territory plans, expand accounts, and communicate tailored solutions. The work centers on radiopharmaceuticals and diagnostic imaging, with close attention to customer needs and competitive activity.

• Develop territory and account plans aligned with commercial growth priorities
• Pursue new business, renewals, conversions, and account expansion
• Build accurate pipelines tracking opportunities, stakeholders, and next steps
• Lead strategic planning across IDNs and health systems
• Support proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, or related field
• 5+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience
• Proven territory management, pipeline development, and account growth success
• Experience selling into hospitals, imaging centers, or IDNs
• Complex sales cycle and contract negotiation experience
