About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to build and lead its commercial function from the ground up. The role will establish the go-to-market strategy, select and implement a CRM, define target customer segments, and launch marketing materials and outbound campaigns. The successful candidate will personally manage the full sales cycle and revenue targets, while developing customer expansion opportunities and growing the business into new markets.

Responsibilities also include representing the business at industry events, building and mentoring the sales team as it expands, and supporting operational improvements.

Candidates should have a proven record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets and experience building or scaling sales and marketing functions, including processes, tools, and early execution. Professional fluency in spoken and written English and French is required, along with the ability to manage the full sales cycle independently and work as a generalist in a lean organization. Experience in healthcare, dental, regulated, or professional-services markets;

volume-driven sales and marketing; and practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, website strategy, or campaign management are assets. An MBA and experience selling on-premise or hybrid-deployment software are also desirable.
