French and English communication support personalized luxury jewellery service at Birks’ full-time flagship store in downtown Montreal. Help clients discover meaningful recommendations.
This Sales Professional position focuses on excellent, unique experiences and lasting client relationships. You will use interpersonal, communication, organization, and learning skills while keeping every client at the forefront. Proficient English is required for regular communication with employees and managers outside Quebec.
Key Responsibilities:- Place each client at the forefront of interactions
- Build meaningful, intimate client relationships
- Recommend jewellery personally according to client needs
- Continuously achieve or exceed sales targets
- At least two years of retail sales experience
- Preferred luxury retail or jewellery experience
- Strong values centered on teamwork
- Great interpersonal and communication abilities
- French and English knowledge with proficient English
Use bilingual communication and personalized selling skills to deliver Birks client experiences and support long-lasting relationships.
