Trupanion is seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused specialist for a full-time Canadian position. The successful candidate answers calls and emails, assists current members, explains policies, and navigates escalated or sensitive conversations. An active provincial General Insurance license and at least two years of sales experience are required.

• Set call agendas and guide conversations toward enrollment
• Present policy value beyond price considerations
• Answer customer questions about coverage and policies
• Use assumptive closing techniques during enrollment
• Collaborate with sales teams to meet targets
