As Senior Manager, Cash Management, you will work across dedicated cash management and treasury teams. Your focus includes client service, business development, and solutions for complex client needs. You will connect clients with opportunities while supporting cross-selling, superior service, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Relationship Managers on commercial client needs
- Leverage referrals, existing clients, and centers of influence
- Conduct analyses to understand business requirements
- Connect clients with opportunities through internal partnerships
- Support cross-selling and superior customer service
- Commercial Banking Cash Management experience with clients
- Strong negotiating and business development capabilities
- Well-developed client and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business discipline
- French and English fluency
Bring treasury knowledge, financial concepts, and client-focused relationship management to CIBC’s commercial cash management practice.
