As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first sales contact for potential hospitality customers. You will generate and qualify leads, identify customer needs, and determine whether Lightspeed solutions fit. Salesforce, technology-based solutions, and strong communication skills are central to the work.

• Qualify warm inbound leads from marketing-generated sources
• Nurture leads through qualification for inside sales
• Identify customer needs and solution fit
• Manage calls, emails, chats, and referrals
• Log communications and manage Salesforce customer data

• Two or more years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Technology experience in software, mobile, or related products
• Hospitality experience is an asset
• Bilingual English and French communication skills
• Strong telephone, listening, verbal, and written communication skills
