This important role involves managing MDA’s security clearances in line with the Canadian Contracts Security Program and Controlled Goods Program. You will play an essential role in ensuring that all procedures align with legal requirements while fostering a culture of best practices within the team. Effective communication and problem-solving will be key to navigating challenges in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete administration of MDA's security clearances

• Collect necessary information for government submissions

• Monitor expirations and renew security clearances

• Support personnel with security inquiries

• Manage records and documentation for security protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years as a security officer preferred

• Understanding of security regulations and compliance

• Excellent communication and judgment skills

• Deadline oriented and flexible

• Bilingual French/English an asset
