Protect guests and staff at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa as a Security Officer. This part-time role requires monitoring premises and ensuring safety in a dynamic casino atmosphere.
As a Security Officer, you will patrol various areas, respond promptly to alarms, and maintain a strong security presence. Your responsibilities include enforcing safety policies and assisting patrons with various requests. Candidates should possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage emergencies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol the premises to deter unusual activities
• Respond to alarms and investigate incidents
• Prepare precise reports on security incidents
• Assist guests with information and directions
• Coordinate with emergency services when necessary
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Law and Security or related field
• Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
• Must obtain Category 2 Gaming Assistant registration
• Comfortable with physical demands, lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must be 19 years of age or older
