Location: Montreal

Become a part of Guardteck Security’s team, focusing on shopping centre safety and community relations. Deliver top-notch customer service while securing and monitoring the premises.

In this role, you will actively patrol and manage safety throughout the centre, engaging positively with both shoppers and tenants. Your responsibilities include maintaining safety protocols and documenting incidents with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct foot patrols of the shopping centre regularly

• Assist with medical emergencies and incidents

• Build relationships with the public and staff

• Monitor CCTV and respond to suspicious activity

• Complete incident reports accurately and promptly

Requirements:

• Valid First Aid & CPR Certification or intent to acquire

• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

• Prior experience in a security or public-facing role is an asset

• Computer literacy for documentation

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
