Your role focuses on monitoring, customer service, and ensuring secure operations in a dynamic environment.

This position requires a valid Security Guard License and involves working night shifts, particularly on weekends and holidays. You will patrol designated areas, interact with the public while maintaining a customer service-focused approach to security, and complete detailed reports of observations. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to respond calmly under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor assigned areas throughout your shift

• Complete reports on observations and surveillance activities

• Interact with guests and assist team members as needed

• Enforce security policies, including the Trespass to Property Act

• Conduct bag checks and escalate issues to law enforcement

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Security Guard License

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 1 year of security experience preferred

• First Aid and CPR certification necessary

• Strong communication skills in English
