Position: Accreditation Supervisor for Personnel Security
Lead the Personnel Security Screening team as a Supervisor of Accreditation. Oversee accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and security while managing a diverse client base.

As a Supervisor at the organization, you will be responsible for guiding personnel accreditation and security screening programs. This full-time position demands you to coach and support a team of security analysts while maintaining workflow and quality assurance. You will collaborate with various internal and external partners to ensure that processes align with established policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee personnel accreditation and security screening programs

• Provide leadership and guidance to security screening analysts

• Manage workflow and ensure process compliance

• Identify and report security-related risks to management

• Deliver training and support on accreditation processes

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French

• Experience in personnel security screening services

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Ability to analyze and communicate data effectively

• Proven leadership experience in a security-focused environment
