Join Aritzia as an Enterprise Risk Associate and play a vital role in asset protection and loss prevention. This position emphasizes exceptional service and teamwork in achieving security goals.
As a key member of the Enterprise Risk Management team, you'll support daily operations aimed at preventing and resolving loss. The Risk Associate will focus on minimizing theft and ensuring the security of both merchandise and digital assets. You'll work closely with store staff to promote inventory accuracy and a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reduce merchandise loss from various sources
• Safeguard clients and employees through security efforts
• Manage and secure financial and physical assets
• Encourage teamwork on inventory accuracy
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Loss Prevention
• Relevant education or certifications
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Commitment to quality and business results
