In the Overnight Front Gate Associate role, you’ll work from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, Wednesday through Sunday. This position is pivotal in maintaining security and managing access effectively while projecting a welcoming attitude to residents and guests. Responsibilities include handling the kiosk, documenting activities, and ensuring compliance with HOA rules and emergency protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a friendly gatehouse presence for residents and visitors

• Conduct regular surveillance checks and report unusual activities

• Keep the entrance area clean and well organized

• Communicate effectively with staff and document incidents

• Execute emergency procedures during critical situations

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in customer service and security

• Previous work in hospitality or luxury management preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

• High attention to detail with a solution-oriented approach
